With over 20 years of consulting experience as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, specializing in consolidation, software implementation, project management, and architectural design. Before his consulting career, he worked in international accounting for over 13 years – 6 of which were in a management role. He also brings many years of operational expertise in group accounting (HGB/IFRS), always characterized by high commitment and practice-oriented consulting.

With 25 years of experience in group accounting and 13 years as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager in Financial Performance Management, particularly in consolidation, he possesses comprehensive expertise in data management processes. He brings valuable leadership experience and is characterized by a team-oriented, flexible, and loyal work style – ideal for short-term and medium-term support, both on-site and remote.
Bernd Siemon

With 30 years of experience in Business Intelligence, he specializes in implementing reporting, analysis, and planning solutions in Financial Performance Management. His focus is on developing effective key figure and dashboard systems, as well as optimizing data processes and interfaces. As a “hands-on” project manager, he successfully leads large projects, always aiming to realize sustainable solutions together with his clients.

After a dual study program at insightsoftware GmbH (formerly IDL GmbH Mitte) and extensive further training in group consolidation, HGB/IFRS, and financial planning, he has been working as a Senior Consultant since 2023. With in-depth expertise in IDL.KONSIS and a master’s degree in Digital Business Management, he focuses on the digitalization of consolidation, planning and reporting in the financial industry.

Senior Marketing Manager / Senior Consultant HR Processes
As Senior Marketing Manager, she supports Group Factory GmbH and brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, event, and project management. Her specialization lies in comprehensive product marketing expertise in IT solutions for finance, controlling, as well as SaaS solutions in HSEQ and ESG management, and in the optimization of HR processes.
